  Thought I might chime in on this one;

  I humbly offer the following real time reaction possibilities plus *modus operandi rational for your kind consideration.....

  It's been my experience as a Pro-Player & FairGame Advocate in games of chance in Las Vegas & Atlantic City, that upon verification that  player has legitimately developed a methodology thus of over coming the odds (long term) that the game operator will react to protect their $$$$ interests    (even if said player is wearing a halo Reason being the magma's views the negative expectation game is basically being offered as an entertainment and not a repeating source of revenue for players.

  Usually what happens when players have developed a positive edge R.O.I.  and become "ID" as advantage players. :-(

  A. The said players will be legally discouraged from further participation

  and or

  B. The game rules will be changed and modified to restore the profitability to the game proprietors or or they will eventually cease business.

  *Naturally not each and every specific time, mind you, as some ingenious players are able to fly under the radar undetected etc.

  What exactly do you mean by "legally discouraged"? Is that some sort of discussion with the "security/muscle" in the back room?
