SC is due for an all trough combo. Maybe 199 for long missing 99X and missing sum 19. I like ur 189, that's all trough.

I do like 388 for the 38 pair, but we know that states tend to repeat numbers, so 308 may show again.

BA's 689 may get us that 98 pair that you listed Deo. One never knows with this state.....

Deo, your 34/35 pair would fit my series of 345.
