Not so much a system as they are pairs that wheeler posts. Use them in comparison with your workouts or hunches. You can never have too much information at your disposal . Hope this helps explain this a little clearer for you and good luck !!
All I am doing Amy is adding 22 or +22 to the core pairs like Michigan's mid 521. I start withe Front Pair 52 then I use the Split Pair 51 and then the back Back Pair 21. The I put those 3 pairsside by side like this: 52 51 21
