I haven't scripted this so I don't know what the hit percentage are. However, I've done some manual testing and it appears to work fairly well. Probably won't be helpful for anything more than a reduction. Still, here are some examples. You'll need to wait for a carry over to trigger the workout.
The number 3 carried over in the middle position. So the first position in the workout has a single number, 3. The second position is the other numbers. In this case, it's 5, 8, 4, 9. Position three is any number that isn't in the second position. So that would be 1, 2, 3, 6, 7, 0. Giving you 24 numbers. You can see it hits on the next draw. Now it appears to be unusual to hit that soon but it doesn't usually take it long. Which is why I mention it.
Example # 2
0 carried over on the 25th, that's the first number. 8,1,4,6 make up the second position. Leaving 0, 2, 3, 5, 7, 9 for position three. That hits on the 28th.
Position A: 7. Position B: 2,4,5,7. Position C: 0,1,3,6,8,9. Hit on the 29th.
Doubles don't seem to matter much. Take this example, it'll leave you with 21 sets (instead of 24) but still hits on day three. Position A: 7. Position B: 0,4,1. Position C: 2,3,5,6,7,8,9.
