I like and follow your posts, Rachel! (What's good in Indiana? 186 days left in the year. Hmmm. I'm an 8--birthdate 2/6/62...)
As I was standing over the sink eating, Rachel and all other Georgia LP members came to mind. Now if you haven't already guessed, there's a very good reason for positioning yourself above a sink drain while eating.
GEORGIA PEACHES! Now you won't get me to eat a peach just any time of the year. (I'd rather eat liver--boiled liver, mind you--than eat a peach in Indiana any other time of year.) I would say it took me all of 45 seconds to devour the sweet, honey nectar of that peach. Since I was standing over the sink, I did take a little longer to savor the second one, though.
So I just wanted to take a moment and say thank you sweet Georgia for sending those peaches our way!
Oh and speaking of sink dining, I can tell you what's good in Indiana--TOMATOES! IN fact, we can combine our specialties with a nice summer salad of juicy Early Girls, Vidalias and cucumber, tossed with vinegar. Delicious!
I may show the wrong picks, but I can show you a good tomato!
