This was long overdue as it has been requested by players all over their twitter feeds (probably Facebook too) for a while. It might have been very useful when 2nd Chance was at its peak 2009-2012, when there was no limit at the time. Now there is a 500 ticket limit, it does not take much effort to punch in the codes anymore and to reach the limit (I used to exceed 500 in the past, now I put in 10 a month at most).
Now when you look at the Results and Winners page, the drawings for each game are way down. The recent $10 Lucky Life had just 1.8 million entries. The first $10 game ever $250 million cash spectacular had well over 7 million entries. That means it was much better odds to win the 2nd Chance for Lucky Life (now there is only the $20 games for the End of Game draw) than to scratch off the winner.
Though it may be a sign that scratcher sales are dwindling for tickets under $10, thanks for sharing this.
