I mostly browse here but with any forum I think one of the greatest benefits is the sharing of information that could protect the members. I have been using Prime Ticket Services (PTS)for some time, every now and then they decline my card for weeks. Now, I have setn many, many emails for weeks and no response? It's not comforting considering if I win a million dollars they hold my ticket. They don't respond to emails is a huge problems. I want to mention something else, anyone that has used them for some time knows this, they often change names of their company. One week they are AG Guys, the next week they are some other company name. Not sure why that is but that too is not comforting. I am posting this info, do what you want with it but for me I am going to be be using Betslips now. All the best and here's to a Lottery Post winner. Cheers
I never got betslips to work at all plus they don't cover Euromillions. The party you are refering to is the payment system not PTS. They have been iffy on getting back to me sometimes but they are the only real company covering Euromillions. I hope they can iron out the payment system. Too bad they don't use a few options like netpay, worldpay, or a host of other payment companies.
Why these two companies can't use the same type of payment systems that run large international casinos and sports betting sites is beyond me. Most companies want as much money as possible not the fewest customers possible. I know there is a limit on the number of tickets they can get but they can just use the UK webiste to order the tickets if they have someone there.
I like Euromillions also and it is the ONLY reason I am using them at this point but even with that I cannot not use them because of a declined card and its all on theri end. I sat on the phone with my bank and while I went the transaction my bank does not see the hint of an attempt to charge the card so it's all on them. The point of them using different systems is one thing but to switch every six months cries out for a lack of stabilty and that personally scares me when someone is going to be holding my million dolllar ticket. They had problems before so I would just try a different card and tell them to add a new payment system. They are fine for holding the winning ticket should that happen.
Old topic but I wanted to update all of you. I no longer trust PTS. If any of you use it, use it at your own risk! They haven't responded to weekly emails from different email addresses, all from me. The only question I asked them is how I could give them my money. If they will not respond to that, beware. If you think they will be there to give you the ticket or money you are dead wrong. The only thing a company like this has going for it is trust, without communication and trust there is nothing. I will not longer bet there. Again, this is a buyer beware, warning and scam alert you can trust me more than some phantom company that doesn't answer emails. I'm posting this becasue I would want to know myself, it doesn't benefit me personally in any way, I just don't want to see anyone lose money including myself. Cheers.
