P4 NJ Eve:  Studied 3 digits out - 6,7,8.  Made pairs: 61, 72, 83

Then 61, 62, 63, 71, 72, 73, 81, 82, 83

Looked for Root sums 6,7,8:  Found P3  6/21/06 midday: 817 = Rot tsum=7  Played 817 combo for root sums 6,7,8 (8179, 8178, 8171, 8170).....NJ EVE 6/21 - 8715......the pair was there, but missed by one digit......perhaps if you just take the pair that fits and make 10 combos, ie, 8170 through 8179....then a hit!!!  Missed another combo this way in NJ by one digit....the pair fell but missed on the 4th number.......maybe something's there!

8715 = 21 = 3    which is mirror of your out-digit 8

so maybe play root sum 6,7,8,1,2,3

Something else I've noticed in P4 -  In your example for New Jersey,  the evening draw on 6-19 was 0819 --- it has the 81 you're looking for ...

0819 = 18     and you have the 8 - but not as root sum

That number you mention (0819) is actually the second example I mentioned in my original post!!!  I played the 1950, 1951, and 1952 for that draw.....that draw was off the 6/18 eve P3 195 (Root sum 6).

Well look at that!!!!  NJ midday had 8712, another 817 pair.....playing all ten combos would have yielded back to back wins!!!
