7-11 Machines

Avatar

Has anyone won anything from using the 7-11 lotto machines?

Is there a certain amount of tickets when bought at the same time sends an alert signal to lotto hQ to block out those blocks of numbers? I am curious...because I am finding out that when I only buy a handful of tickets I can easily get 3 of the five numbers.....but when I buy hundreds of tickets at the same time, I usually get literally nothing in return.

Six drwas in a row, I spent a few hundred dollars each time and I blocked out 20 numbers to test the Mega ball system....and only once did a single number show up.....maybe I am just a conspiracy nut.Guitar

So I think I am going back to only a handful of tickets and see if I can fly under the radar.....if you get my drift.

Shane, I'm with you on your theory about Maryland's Lottery system.  I've been saying it for awhile, but my concerns are with the State run games, (pick 3, pick 4, match 5 and multi-match). Although we have ball machines to determine the out come of each game, too many crazy things happen here which keeps you suspicious of our lottery system.

I know that Four4me will despute the above statement, and my husband gets upset when I say it around him, but I think that if the State were to show it's lottery payouts daily we would see that it's lopsided.

JUST MY THOUGHTS

With paranoia you'll never have to dine alone

Seriously though, if you're spending that much why not "scatter" it instead of buying runs of tickets like that at the same store? Go to several differsnt places to buy the tickets.

Also, remember this, there's is not a bet you can make in a casino or on the lottery that you are suppossed to win. As soon as you convert currency into chips or a lottery ticket you have to consider it lost.

Your right Coin Toss. The Maryland Stata Lottery is the only thing, ( except our government) that has me paranoid. But I keep thinking that I can beat it.

Here in Maryland there are Lottery Machines in most convenient stores, many gas stations, bars and grocery stores, nearly 2-3 on every block. I usually go to several when I'm buying large volumes of tickets for Mega million. Great suggestion.

I said this somewhere in another post about buying all your quick picks from the same place regardless of the place the computers chip will pick the same like numbers for multiple draws regardless of the amount be it 5 q-picks or 50 I've tested this more than 15 times over the years when we had formed lotto pools. I think the chips are programed to do it like that. So buy you multiple tickets in several places. This might insure that all your tickets won't have the same like numbers.

Litebets I said a while ago that Maryland changed the way they draw the balls they use for the drawings. While we still have ball drawings they draw the balls and machines they will use for the games by computer now. A lottery person hits a button on a computer and it selects which balls and machines they will use. This takes the human element out of the ball and machine selection. In the past certain employees might like to use certain machines and ball sets. Now they can't do that because a computer is doing the job for them.

So when you see the numbers for the pick 3/4/5 drawings turn directions you can assume they used a different ball set. Now what I'm going to say next is an assumption maybe the computer might select the same machine or balls for two or three drawings giving the impression the they are going the draw the same series numbers for the next draw. But I have noticed every couple draws or so the numbers they draw seem to be in left field. meaning to me that the computer selected a different set of balls then they were using in the previous draws.

The state lotteries have lots of things they can do to change the outcome of any drawing including switching ball sets or shuffling machines around, using different weight balls, and who knows what else as long as they are performing the drawings within their specified guidelines. It's legal. They just had a 500,000 hit the other day a friend on mine just won 50 grand and two days later 7500 and some change. Stop by King's discount liquor store on rt. 40 any day and see how many people are lined up cashing tickets. Or lotto head quarters you'd be amazed.

You can also submit a request that they put the feature for the payouts on their website. Like they have in other states. That is if they have a programer that can do the job.

I've sent an E-mail. Let's see how long it will take.

Went back to flying with less that 25 tickets....and on a couple of them I got 3 of the 5 numbers. Now I got to work on increasing that to 5 of 5....or 4 plus MB....or better yet 5 plus MB....I'll be a chess master and sneak up on the MB computer and blindside him!Hiding Behind Computer
