Here's something that might be of interest with this example:
Digits out 1,6,9: Make pairs: 61, 69, 49 - Sums 7, 15, 13: Winning number 573 = Sum 15!! Coincidence?

Crazy - If you're talking about three digits out as 6,7,0 - then the pairs to look for are 16, 07, and 52. There are no mirrors in this set, so the standard 3-digits out holds.
