$75 Million: Mega Millions Lottery Jackpot on the Rise

Mega Millions

The jackpot in the multi-state Mega Millions lottery grew to $75 million Wednesday.

None of the tickets sold for Tuesday's $64 million drawing matched all five lotto numbers and the Mega Ball.  The next drawing will be Friday.

There were five second-prize winners from Tuesday night's drawing: 1 from Georgia, 1 from New Jersey, 1 from New York, and 2 from Texas.  Each ticket matched all five lotto numbers but not the Mega Ball number to win $175,000.

Also, 61 players matched four of the five lotto numbers, plus the Mega Ball number.  Those tickets are each worth $5,000.

The winning numbers from Tuesday's drawing were: 1, 3, 15, 19, and 29.  The Mega Ball number was 39.
