The Florida winning prizes notices seem to be pre-printed, with the exceptions of amounts, etc.
What other information should be in the notices?

The person filling out the info probably has to fill in blanks, instead of writing up the whole article twice a week.
Yes, I know for a fact that lottery winning notices for most state lotteries are "fill in the blank".
