LAKEVILLE, Mass. — A man won a $1 million prize from the Massachusetts State Lottery for the second time in two years after purchasing an instant ticket.
Kevin Phillips of Lakeville won his second $1 million prize by purchasing a $5 "Win It All!" ticket from a local supermarket, according to the Massachusetts State Lottery.
His second lottery win comes just two years after he purchased a winning $10 "100X The Cash" ticket in April 2014.
After both wins Phillips opted for a one-time payment totaling $650,000 before tax withholdings are processed.
Phillips plans to put a portion of his prize money from this most recent win to travel to Disney World.
According to the State Lottery, Phillips is the third two-time instant lottery winner in Massachusetts this year.

A cool MILLION would be AWESOME to win!! Congrats to him!!
What a wonderfully uplifting news article from UPI, whom I used to work for at their Chicago bureau!
Congratulations to this doubly lucky guy.
Congratulations to him!
Last time I was home drove to Lakeville to play the lottery since other big winners have been from there too. The rest of the story is history, didn't win.
Bleudog we have so much in common, their could be 1 Store in the Country that only sells Winning Lottery Tickets an I still wouldn't WIN!
When the Lottery 1st started our Neighbor's Won $2million the Next week end they knew their same #'s would never come up again so they flipped each # and hit it again for another $2 Million, SOME PEOPLE HAVE ALL THE LUCK!
I think I'm changing my Name too LOSER! LOL
CONGRATULATIONS ON YOUR 2ND WIN, Keep on WINNING
Congrats to Mr. Phillips!!
enjoy your vacation.
Years ago i knew you could buy lottery tickets @ Phoenix airport. I emailed your lottery about this and they confirmed they DID but no more. Same for Midway in Chicago, still do last time I was there, but you have to exit the secure area to do so.
Yes American Indian we have the same luck with lotteries and had in the past purchased tickets where big winners came from and nothing gained.
