The Connecticut Lottery today held the state's third Super Draw raffle drawing, creating one new millionaire and several winners of other cash prizes.

A complete list of winning numbers for the drawing can be found at Lottery Post's Connecticut Lottery Results page.

The game has a total of 1,311 cash prizes, ranging from $100 to a top prize of $1 million cash.

Raffle tickets went on sale October 1, 2011, and cost $10 each.  Each ticket sold contains a unique six-digit number from 100001 to 375000.  The complete inventory of 275,000 tickets was sold out prior to the drawing.

All $100 prizes can be paid at any Lottery retail location, and $1,000 prizes may be claimed at any Connecticut Lottery High-Tier Claim Center.  $20,000 and $1 million prizes must be claimed at Connecticut Lottery Headquarters.

Winners have 180 days from January 1, 2012 to claim their prize.

Connecticut is the only state in the northeast that requires winning tickets to be claimed in just 180 days.  Other northeast states allow up to one year.  Angry

Also, I noticed a sign at a lottery terminal this morning that mentioned a limitation on advance action play for Lucky 4 Life, much as there is for Powerball now.  Does anyone have any further info on the L4L changes coming in March, 2012, other than the tidbit found here:

I wasn't a winner in the raffle for any prize...nor yet again was anyone I know.

I was thinkin the same thing about Lucky4life....it did seem odd.A few weeks back I told the clerk I wanted 5 qp's on the same ticket for 2 draws and he said that it was not possible to do it that way.Sounds sketchy to me

The six New England state lotteries (MA,ME,NH,CT,RI,VT) are going to start a game in March that will be sold in the six states.

To prepare for that, some of the local games will be scrapped.

Its been in the works since last summer.
