ATLANTA, Ga. — Georgia Lottery players will have two chances to win with a bonus Cash 4 drawing scheduled for Friday, June 10. The bonus drawing will be held immediately following the regularly scheduled midday drawing at 12:29 p.m.
All tickets purchased for the June 10 Cash 4 midday drawing will be eligible for both the regularly scheduled drawing and the bonus drawing.
The bonus drawing will not be televised, due to time constraints. However, players will be able to view a video replay of the bonus drawing on the Georgia Lottery's Web site.
The Georgia Lottery is holding the bonus drawing to give players an extra chance to win after determining that a technical malfunction occurred with a ball machine during the Cash 4 midday drawing on Friday, June 3.
During that drawing, a door on the lottery machine accidentally sprung open during the drawing, allowing an undetermined number of balls to spill out. A drawing number was determined, but since some balls were not in the machine, certain combinations of winning numbers were impossible to draw.
