Wow I think the lotteries are overestimating their sales potential. It looks like this raffle didn't even sell 900,000 tickets. That is 600,000 or $12 million short of what they wanted to and they still awarded all prizes.

I think they just broke even. Sadly I didn't win anything, but lots of people are happy. WTG to those who won.
this game is for those who dont have money problems and is a giveaway to the wealthy ;
the low income players find this game un-reachable beause of the cost; who has 20.00 per ticket ..I f you live in NYC -queens -mahnhatten or brooklyn ....then a quick pick late n the game would serve you well but the sales are high here;
but for me 20.00 would play 40 pick 3 box and I might get my money back ;
It's ok, the lotteries are far from hurting for money.
Glad I didn't drop the $20.00 on Raffle to Riches, not one winner in my county of NY.
