A Laguna Hills, California, couple have claimed a $41 million Super Lotto Plus jackpot and plan to buy homes for family members and take a belated honeymoon, lottery officials said Tuesday.

Jimmy Balloue, 36, bought the winning Quick Pick ticket at Dimension Liquor in Lake Forest for Saturday's drawing. Officials said he was a longtime lottery player.

Balloue opted for the cash value and will receive a single payment of about $20 million. The liquor store owner will receive $205,000 for selling the winning ticket.

Balloue, an assistant construction manager, told lottery officials that he and his wife of five years, Carrie, 35, who works with developmentally delayed children, planned to continue working after they return from a honeymoon in Tahiti.

Congratulations to the Balloues for winning the jackpot. I had hoped it rolled.

Congratulations, I hope you don't have too many family members that will want a home from you, but it is a very nice thing to do for your family.  I hope they appreciate what your doing for them.
