The winner of the Feb. 1 Lot 'O Play drawing has stepped forward to claim the $10.6 million prize.

A trust officer filed a claim on behalf of the ticket holder Friday afternoon. The winner chose the cash option, and will receive a lump sum payment of $3,789,500, after taxes.

The ticket was purchased at 7-Eleven on East 185th Street in Cleveland. The store will receive a $1,000 bonus for selling the winning ticket.

The winning numbers for the Wed, Feb 1, 2006 drawing were 07-09-17-19-85.

CASH Only

Does the amount after withholdings seem low? The LOP cash value is exactly 50% of the annuity, while Mega Millions is a higher floating percentage, even though both annuities are 26 equal yearly payments.

Cleveland or Toledo area. Rest of Ohio might as well not exist to the lottery.

This must be a typo, right? What lottery has 85 numbers?  Interesting that the winner's name wasn't mentioned. I know a trust officer claimed the money, but here they still list the actual trust owner, at least that's what I've noticed in all of the press releases.

Lot'O Play has 100 numbers 00-99.  It's played on a 5X5 grids similar to bingo with 12 ways to match 2- 5/100 for a win, 5 vertical, 5 horizontal and 2 diagonal.

E.185th street is right down the road from our manufacturing plant. And, there is one person in Q.C. that has not been at work for a few days......hmmmmmmmmm.
