Powerball

A player in Manchester, Tennessee, will win $1.2 million after Saturday night's Powerball drawing.

The player is one of five Tennessee Powerball players who matched all five white balls correctly; on top of the usual $200,000 prize, these players win an additional $467,142 Bonus Prize created with the record-breaking jackpot amount.

The Manchester player, however, also chose the Power Play option which means the prize will be increased by the Bonus Prize and the multiplier of four for a grand total of $1,267,142.

The other second-tier tickets were purchased in Christiana, Jackson, Oliver Springs and Winchester.

No additional information is available about the winners until they claim their prize.

Saturday night a player in Nebraska won the record-breaking Powerball jackpot. In addition to the five second-tier prize winners, Tennessee had another 188,972 winners who purchased tickets from retailers throughout the state. By selecting the Power Play option, 29,942 players multiplied their winnings by four.

This guy will obviously be a promoter of both Powerplay and rolldown for Match5!  I like the idea. $365M was enough, more people will enjot the cap then will enjoy the non-cap!

Congratulations to the Tennessee player purchasing the Powerplay and winning 1.2 million dollars in lump sum. I hope this person doesn't have financial problems later.
